Opening Remarks - Meeting was called to order by Barbara Carroll at 6:05 P.M.

B. Agenda Review
Motion to accept agenda was made by Bob Spirito, second by Frank Cochran; unanimous approval.
C. Review of Minutes
Motion to accept minutes with correction to number of attendees was made by Maureen O’Sullivan, seconded by Frank Cochran; unanimous approval.

D. Internal Affairs Statistical Report
Captain Blanchard reported: 17cases were opened; 7 cases sent to Patrol; 11 cases were closed in October. Captain Blanchard distributed a copy of a new form for Patrol supervisor to fill out and return to IA when cases are sent back to Patrol. Form may be implemented starting in January 2011.

E. Case Assignments
Closed cases were assigned to Panels A & B for reading.

F. New Business. Request to have CRB log in back cover of case files to be signed by member when case has been read.

G. Unfinished Business Sign up to bring food to our annual December Holiday meeting.

H. Subcommittee Reports – NACOLE / BOPC / ByLaws / Policy& Procedures
Panel A ¬– Completed assigned reading.
Panel B – Completed assigned reading.
Management Teams – Deborah Davis reported on her team activities.
Policy& Procedures Committee, By Laws, NACOLE, BOPC – No Reports

A motion to go into Executive Session to discuss a personnel matter pertaining to Case 060-10-C
was made by Frank Cochran, seconded by George E. Carter: unanimous approval.

A motion to come out of Executive Session was made by Maureen O’Sullivan, seconded by Robert Spirito; unanimous approval.

A motion to adjourn was made by Robert Spirito and seconded by by Maureen O’Sullivan;
unanimous approval.
